Eliza Adamczewska

Marriage & Family Therapist, MA , AMFT

I am passionate about helping people navigate relational challenges-whether as individuals , couples, or families. Our relationships play a vital role in our overall well-being. Often, the struggles we face are deeply connected to how we relate to those closest to us. It’s human to long for connection, for sense of safety and belonging in the arms of our loved ones- be it a partner, or a close friend who feels like family. Yet, these very relationships can sometimes be the source of the deepest pain. My goal is to help you make sense of that and find healing, connection, and clarity in the relationship that matters most.

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approuch , incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy and a Client -Center approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My work focuses on helping individuals develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being , and gain deeper understanding of themselves and their interpersonal patterns.

With a strong commitment to collaboration and individualization care, I believe that each client brings unigue strengths and experiences to the therapeutic process. I provide a supportive and compassionate space where we can work together at your pace to better understand what you are experiencing and finding ways forward that feel manageable and meaningful for you.
