Therapists and Psychiatrists Providing Care for Patients in the Chicago Area

Welcome to AFG Family Guidance Center!

We provide a comprehensive treatment approach provided by a multidisciplinary team. Our team strives to provide highly coordinated care to all of our clients. At the start of care, clients and their families are provided with a comprehensive assessment of their personal strengths, challenges, and needs. This can include completing an intake, participating in a psychiatric evaluation, or completing a neuropsychological or EEG assessment. Goals are then set by our therapists to help work through your behavioral health concerns. Depending on the patient, mental health treatment can include medication management, therapy, Neurotherapy, executive functioning coaching, and more.

At AFG Family Guidance Center, we focus on coordinating care among the different disciplines within our practice to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to each client. This way, patients are not faced with the challenge of facilitating communication among treatment providers who have individual and separate practices.

Contact our office today to schedule an appointment for you or your child. We offer virtual appointments and in-office with our office conveniently located in Northfield, IL.
