TMS & SPRAVATO^®

SPRAVATO^® is a prescription medication used alongside oral antidepressants to treat treatment-resistant depression (TRD) and depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) who experience suicidal thoughts or actions. While it is not a pain reliever or a substitute for hospitalization when needed, SPRAVATO^® offers a new option for those who haven’t responded to traditional treatments. Its safety and effectiveness for certain uses, including in children, remain under study.
